Applied Image Technology is gearing up for a re-run of the sales success it recorded with the Mimaki JV3 solvent inkjet printers. The large-format systems specialist believes the launch of the next generation JV33 will be greeted with a similar welcome by the market and is all ready with a turnkey package that includes the latest release of its Shiraz PostScript RIP.
"The marriage of the Mimaki JV3 and our Shiraz RIP was a match made in heaven and resulted in our selling considerably more of the machines than any other UK dealer," says AIT managing director, Roger Ward. Shipping & Delivery Terms
Prepare goods when receiving the payment copy; arrange delivery after payment is received. Customers shall pay all the freight charge, can choose their own mode of transport and pay the freight, also we may collect the freight charges and choose the most cost-effective and convenient courier or forwarder.
Please consult sales staff the specific delivery time. We shall arrange the delivery in the shortest time after we get your orders and payment.
Packing Terms
We will use appropriate materials for a reasonable, secure packing of your goods. If goods are damaged during the transport, please inform our service department within 3 days after goods are received.
General Products Return Requirements
If yu should find any quality problems, please contact with our sales staff to exchange or return goods within 5 days after you receive the goods.
--- Product quality return: after detection and verify it is our products' quality problem, then you can apply for product return or exchange.
--- If the product error is caused by us, we will bear the freight charge; if the product error is caused by our customers, then customers will bear the round-trip transportation costs. After we receive your error products, we will send you the replacement products.
--- When purchasing our products, please confirm that you have bought the right products. If you make mistakes when purchasing, then we will charge you 15% return poundage (Special products are non-refundable or exchangable).
--- If the undeserved damage is caused due to personal reasons, we don't accept return or exchange.
